The Rueda Club Portal makes it easier to manage your classes, subscriptions, attendance and more — all in one place.
Check your upcoming classes, explore other courses, manage your subscription and quickly check in before class.
The migration to the new Portal is still ongoing, so a small number of accounts may not be activated yet. If you currently have an active Rueda Club subscription, your account should already be available.
If you are unable to log in or access your account, simply send us an email and we’ll be happy to help.

First Login to the Rueda Club Portal 🔐
Logging in for the first time is quick and easy.
1. Open the Rueda Club Portal
Go to portal.ruedaclub.com
2. Select “Forgot Password”
If this is your first time logging in, you don’t have a Portal password yet.
Select Forgot Password and enter the email address you used to register with Rueda Club.
3. Check Your Email 📧
You will receive an email with a link to set your password.
Open the link and choose a new password for your Rueda Club Portal account.
4. Log In to Your Account
Return to portal.ruedaclub.com and log in using your registered email address and your new password.
5. Welcome to Your Rueda Club Portal! 🎉
You’re all set!
You can now view your classes, explore available courses, manage your subscription and use the Portal for your Rueda Club activities.

See the courses you are currently enrolled in, check your upcoming sessions and access your class information.
🔎 Explore Courses
Discover available Rueda Club courses and find classes that match your level and schedule. You can also enroll in available courses directly through the Portal.
✅ Self Check-in
Coming to class? Open your upcoming session and check yourself in before the class starts. This helps our teachers keep attendance simple and accurate.
🎟️ Subscriptions & Access
View your active subscriptions, memberships and passes, and keep track of your current Rueda Club access.
📝 Subscription Plans
Explore available subscription options and send a request for a new subscription or renewal directly through the Portal.
👤 Your Profile
View your Rueda Club account information and update your Profile Name, phone number and dance role.

When you attend a Rueda Club class, please remember to check yourself in through the Portal before the class.
How to Check In
Open the Rueda Club Portal and go to My Classes.
Your upcoming session will appear at the top of the page. Open the session and select Self Check-in.
That’s it — you’re checked in! 🎉

Self check-in helps us keep attendance accurate and makes class organization easier for our teachers.
Please make it a habit to check yourself in whenever you attend a class. 💃🕺
Manage Your Subscription
Manage Your Subscription 🎟️
You can view and manage your Rueda Club subscription directly through the Portal.
View Your Active Subscription
Open Subscriptions to see your current subscription, membership or pass, including your active access period.
Renew or Choose a Subscription
If your subscription is coming to an end, you can explore the available Subscription Plans and submit a request for your next subscription directly through the Portal.
Track Your Request
Once you have submitted a subscription request, you can follow its status in the Portal.
After your request has been confirmed and activated, your new subscription will automatically appear in your account.
This makes it easier to keep track of your Rueda Club access without having to manage everything separately. 💃🕺

Install the Rueda Club Portal 📲
You can install the Rueda Club Portal directly on your phone and use it just like an app.
There is no need to download anything from the App Store or Google Play.
How to Install
Open portal.ruedaclub.com on your phone and log in to your account.
From the Portal Home page, select Install App and follow the instructions for your device.
Once installed, the Rueda Club Portal icon will appear on your home screen, giving you quick access to your classes, check-in, subscriptions and more.
