Rueda Club Munich was established by Auro, a passionate dancer who discovered the dynamic art of Cuban Salsa and Rueda de Casino during his time in Berlin. Upon moving to Munich in 2018, Auro brought his vibrant Rueda style with him and gradually formed a close-knit Rueda community. This collective passion for dance gave rise to Rueda Club.
Auro’s approach to Rueda places a strong emphasis on fluidity and seamless transitions, enabling dancers to connect diverse figures into a harmonious sequence. In addition to his role as a scientist at TUM, Auro dedicated his spare time to sharing his love for dance with university students through “Salsa for Science.” As “Salsa for Science” grew and evolved into Rueda Club, Auro extended his teaching of Cuban Salsa and Rueda de Casino across various institutions, dance groups, and outdoor events.
